This unique role blends 60% operations (Front and Back of House) with 40% marketing responsibilities, making it ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in both guest-facing and strategic roles.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead daily operations in both Front and Back of House, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and team engagement.

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive sales, build brand awareness, and foster community engagement.

- Work alongside the team during peak hours, modeling servant leadership and operational efficiency.

- Build relationships with guests, businesses, and schools to enhance Chick-fil-A’s community presence.

- Coordinate events, promotions, and digital marketing efforts to grow brand loyalty.
