Chick-fil-A St. Augustine is seeking a high energy, dependable/reliable, honest and hard-working Operations Shift Leader. Must have the ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with guests and team members, train team members in hospitality, drive-thru and kitchen processes/services. Experience in restaurant related field is required.
Responsible for leading Front of House and Back of House operations depending on area of assignment. Must be able to perform job duties at a high level in a very fast-paced environment. Will provide Leadership to the shift and ensure team members are trained and have the tools to perform the essential functions of their positions. Must have a passion for food safety, food quality and speed and accuracy in order to be a good fit and have success at CFASTAUG.
Essential Functions: Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time. Serves as a subject matter expert for guest relations in the Dining Room, Drive Thru, serving guests at the front counter, as well as kitchen operations. Lead a high performing team in a very fast paced environment. Must be obsessed with Food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed & accuracy, pathway training and serving guests the CFASTAUG WAY! Exhibit Core 4 with each guest (making connections, smiling, greeting and serving with a smile). Encourages guests and team members in a highly positive and caring culture. Face-to-Face interactions with guests. Communicate with other Leaders, Team and guests in a highly effective and professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
